Description

The laboratory V-type mixer is used for mixing more than two kinds of dry powder and granular materials in the laboratory.

The mixing barrel of the V-shaped mixer has a unique structure, and the material in the V-shaped cylinder is turned back and forth through mechanical transmission to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.

The mixing barrel of the V-type mixer is generally made of stainless steel with polished inner and outer walls. The structural design ensures that there is no dead corner of material accumulation. It has the characteristics of no dead corner of the barrel, no material accumulation, fast speed and short mixing time, and it is convenient and thorough to clean.

Performance structure

VH series V-type high-efficiency mixer can vacuum suction and seal butterfly valve discharge, and implement dust-free operation.
The V-type mixer is composed of two asymmetric cylinders, the material can flow in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the mixing uniformity can reach more than 99%.
Cylinder body is made of stainless steel plate, inner and outer walls are polished, clean and sanitary, no accumulation of materials, meeting GMP requirements.
VH series V-type high-efficiency mixer is easy to operate, and can be equipped with timing operation or inching operation.

Principle of laboratory V-type mixer

The V-type mixer is composed of two cylinders welded together in a V-shape. The shape of the container is asymmetric relative to the axis. Due to the rotating movement, the powder particles are continuously alternated, divided, and merged in the inclined cylinder; the materials are randomly transferred from one area to another area, and at the same time, the powder particles are slipped between the particles, and the particles are superimposed multiple times in the space. It is continuously distributed on the newly generated surface, so that shearing, diffusion and mixing are repeated, and there is no dead corner of mixing.
